QB2 - TV Hacks?

Hey All

I currently have to turn 3 devices on to watch TV (Samsung Frame TV, Naim QB2 and Sky Stream).

I’m looking for a ‘hack’ to effectively achieve what HDMI Arc does. For many reasons I cannot use a Muso or equivalent HDMI setup. So looking to achieve this with the current setup.

I was wondering if there is a Zapier / make.com / Apple Shortcut / or even a KVM switch type hack or equivalent that might help me here.

Thoughts and tips welcome please!
