Seems to be back to normal and Bruno is gone!![]()
Same here…!
Same here. I used the opportunity to compare Qobuz from the Qobuz app to the NDX2 to Qobuz in the Naim App on the NDX2. I do really hear a difference in sound quality in favor of the integrated Naim version. I hope Qobuz will not stop this integration when they have launched Qobuz Connect.
Not sure about posting links here but a search for Qobuz service status brings it up. Glad to say it now reads OK and everything appears to be back to normal.
It was the same on the Qobuz app on my computer so that seems unlikely. Now back to normal but very disturbing.
Just google Qobuz service status and you can see it updated.
Thank you, I found it from the earlier posts ![]()
Same for me. I was French with an unfamiliar playlist. Reset my password just to be safe, then couldn’t log back in on my iPad (my Samsung phone was fine). After an hour of troubleshooting, I finally reset the router; that sorted it. Not sure why, but all good now.
My download quality options changed, and everything downloaded onto my phone was deleted.
I have been using Qobuz in Seattle, WA USA with no problems noticable at the moment. 1:12 PM PST.
Most of my playlists have disappeared from Roon and loads of albums I have no interest in have appeared in my Roon library.
Hopefully order will be restored by the time I’m home from London tomorrow.
I was Perry. Then I was Timmy. Now I am confused.
There was a caching issue in the app that mixed user profiles between actual users, for some people.
It’s discussed in the Qobuz Club forum, the team reported is now fixed and progressively landing in clients.
An extended description and report will come ‘soon’.
Luckily I was not affected.
So if you are logged into another users profile can you go into their library and re-download all their purchases?
Didn’t try. Not sure I fancied Perry’s selection mind.
Just checked my Qobuz and all OK.
