Is anyone experiencing problems with Qobuz this afternoon.
I appear to be getting a different users profile and data whether I login in on the Naim app or to the Qobuz app.
Can’t get to my own Qobuz profile at all🤷🏻♂️
Same here. Everything has changed. Hopefully a temporary glitch - fingers crossed!

yep, ditto. Also the search (on any app) seems borked also. Their help bot is also disabled. All indicating meltdown at Qobuz. Hacked or botched update?
Qobuz through my Wiim streamer is working properly (in NYC).
Same here. I am now Bruno from France. Bit worrying that I could potentially delete the account and also have his email details!
It seems to be resolving. My playlists are back as are my albums. Still waiting for my artists to reappear. Update. My artists have returned but the albums have gone. Time to have a cup of tea and be patient.
My Qobuz favourites have been replaced with some chap in France called Thierry. I can see his email address in his play list and also his subscription details. I’ve tried to logout and back in but still the same. Qobuz have some big issues today.
Yeah, that’s exactly what I was experiencing only my guy was a German subscriber 
Same thing. I just wrote support about it. Maybe Qobuz is starting to test Qobuz Connect???
I’m also logged in as Thierry! Well that is strange if multiple users can now log in as same fella. I was thinking that someone has made an mistake some user table but now it seems weird.

So am I. Just deleted account and changed password. Can’t sign in to app but ok on webpage. Really strange. Thought account had been hacked!
In the last half hour the Qobuz service status was gone from Warning to OK and is now Critical. Not sure what that means but it doesn’t sound good.
My profile and all associated data (playlists, artists etc) seem to be back to normal now🤔
Staying with Vinyl for the time being…
Current service status is OK. Streaming The Necks as I type.
Can’t stream yesterday afternoon,but by night everything was OK.Streaming right now and it’s fine.
