Qobuz log in

Hi, I can’t log in to Qobuz on the Naim app. I am signed in on the Qobuz app, changed the password, but also with that, it would only let me sign in if I turned the wifi off? Any suggestions, password has been charged, only signed in on my phone so not too many devices. Very frustrating.

Try updating the qobuz password via the qobuz website. Avoid special characters.

Have done that.

Uninstall both apps. Clear any caches in your phones settings.
Reinstall both apps.
Log in with Q app first.
Log in with N app second.

Cleared my cache and logged in straight away, thank you for your advice everyone.
