Qobuz login not working

Hi,

I changed my password recently at Qobuz and now I am able to go to the Qobuz web page (web page in the browser / download store with new password) but neither the Qobuz app nor the naim app would let me in.
Wrong username - password combination. :frowning:

When I go to login in the app the webpage opens and it tells me that I am logged in and again the login window of the app appears - constant looping.

What I am doing wrong?

I suggest logout of Qobuz in the Naim app and then also logout from their web page and from the Qobuz app. Restart your device then login the Qobuz app with your new credentials and then do the same with the Naim app.

Done this already… :frowning: Naim app is already logged out so it the app on all devices

Re installing app does also not help

I can login to Qobuz.com but Qobuz app and naim app wont let me in!

Keep passwords to letters and numbers only; occasionally depending on the platform, symbols such as % and & within passwords can cause upset.
If symbols are mandatory, an underscore “_” usually works.

I give it try… sometimes symbols are mandatory. I have not used % or &

When I start the app:

next one as normally

after login … again

in the background Qobuz com opens and tells me that I am logged it … to the web page, but not the app…
All this on MAC

When I try it on the iPad it tells me wrong username or password…
I think I should open a ticket! They might have to do a reset of my account.

Do they have a forgotten password option?

I can see from your screenshot that it does. I suggest you take that route.

Already tested it multiple times… generated new passwords

You may have to let it all time out. The password changes probably take time to propagate through to all of their servers. I would leave it for 24 hours, then try with your last password.

Yeah - I might have killed it now by the multiple Changes…

You could be in a situation where it depends which server you are using as to which password it expects. That should all sort itself out if you leave it alone for a while.

Thanks for your support very much. I leave it alone. I am (if this happens) initially a bit worried that there is something cracked by a hacker bastard.
All safe!

Solved - now working …
