Is anyone having issues logging into Qobuz since the recent upgrade?
I have changed my password and updated the mandatory fields on my profile, but I am unable to logon via the Qobuz iOS app or on my NDX2 - invalid user ID/Password
Logon via a browser works fine - used this to update the mandatory profile fields.
Clicking on the Qobuz button in the naim app does nothing
IIRC the advice previously is to delete the Qobuz app, switch off the control point completely, login via a browser, change password and save, then reactivate Qobuz app and once working, then re-enter your details in the Naim app.
Yes the qoboz app. And its the current app as I updated it a couple of days ago and checked the connect feature, which only listed my lg tv as a potential end point.
Same problem here. Set password at Qobuz.com, but the app won’t recognise the password and neither will the Naim app when I try to login to Qobuz.
I can login to Qobuz using Facebook but then can only Google cast.
Deleted and reinstalled Qobuz but that doesn’t help either.
Very frustrating.
I had the same problem today tried the usual resets and uninstalling apps many times with no joy. Reset the password to my original one again and still didn’t work so just left internet radio playing for some time the when I checked later Qobuz was back up and working fine.
I’ve had some login problems in the past when I tried to copy and paste email/passwords into the empty boxes and it didn’t like it. Strangely when you type in the information it logs in fine, so give that a try.
My experience was similar, successful logon after a period of time, with no changes on my end. Maybe there is a lag in synchronisation of credentials in the qobuz infrastructure.
