qobuz on nova

qobuz can not work on my nova,can not sign up, also fireware update.

I guess you mean firmware is up to date.
Have you “enabled” the Qobuz input via the settings in the app?
“Settings” then “Input Settings” then scroll down to “Qobuz” and then “enable”.

Do you already have a working Qobuz subscription? You should use their website to sign up, then use the same email address and password to log in on the Nova.

If you have tried this and it hasn’t worked, try changing your password on the Qobuz website then sign in again in the Naim app.
