Having changed my password (a number of times) on the Qobuz website, and then entered my new pppassword on the Naim app I am repeatedly having a login error. Anyone else had this issue? I have tried the turning of/on trick on my ippad and NDX2 although I haven’t disconnected from the mains/power supply. Anyone know an easy fix? I have referred the problem to Qobuz anyway.
You don’t actually turn off the NDX2 fully unless you disconnect the power. The front panel button just puts it into a standby mode, even the long press just puts it into deep sleep.
Problem was solved by disconnecting from the mains, thanks David.
