Qobuz stuck on shuffle

Suddenly all Qobuz album streams are playing tracks randomly. The little shuffle icon doesnt respond to my taps. How do I turn this off or resolve the problem? I’m new to Naim but an experienced Qobuz streamer and have never before encountered this issue.

Atom HE & Focal Naim app - can't turn off shuffle

I sat down for a first proper listen lsat night and found that every album I play has shuffle turned on. If I tap the shuffle icon - nothing happens. If I hold it down for a few seconds - nothing happens. No matter what I do I can’t turn off shuffle. If I tap the Loop icon it toggles between loop once and loop - I can’t turn loop off either. Mobile phone is running Android Any ideas please folks? Thanks Pete

Instead of pressing the shuffle icon try pressing play.
Mine works ok that way.

Press PLAY. Not shuffle. Only press shuffle if you want shuffle.

I had this once running the Qobuz app on Volumio on an Android phone.
Reloading the app and rebooting the Pi didn’t stop it.

I then logged in to Qobuz on PC and was able to regain control.

The problem hasn’t reoccurred.
