Anyone else experiencing issues on Radio Paradise (no volume). Was fine on Thursday and I think yesterday)? Thank you.

Had drop out on Mellow Mix yesterday

This morning Mellow Mix was working for a while, then it got stuck in a “This is Mellow Mix” loop.
I also noticed the www.play list was not showing what is/was playing.
Main Mix was OK, then it just went off. I moved on to Naim Jazz.

Also experienced the same on Sonos here in Portugal this morning.

RP Mellow working this morning via Sonos radio

I was about to ask but my issue is a bit different. I have a NSC 222 and two Qb2, one in the home office and one in the kitchen. I can get the full RP set of channels on the NSC 222 and the Qb in the home office but on the one in the kitchen I can get them all apart from Main and Mellow mixes. Bizarre.

Last night there were some stoppages and interruptions on both RP and RP Mellow. This am all good. No need to load a new app on any of my devices.

Thank you all who have responded. I’m still having an issue on my ND555 with RP Main Mix. All other stations (including RP Mellow Mix) are fine and I can play RP Main Mix direct on my phone. Screen on the Naim app and ND555 locked on last RP song played a few days ago.

The issues are on Radio Paradise’s side, nothing to do with Naim.

you’ll need to wait until the IT gods sort things out.

I get music on all streams but William’s little comments are often out of sync recently. Last night he said Tame Impala was next and up popped Massive Attack. I know the music is batched but I like to believe his comments are live….

I’ve had a few issues receiving Radio Paradise this week… pulled out the power cable from the back of my nd5xs2 for a proper power cycle and it’s all back. I can only assume it’s a dns caching issue. Purely speculation but wanted to share in case you have the same issue, a power cycle may sort it.
