Radio: player error. could not find surce

Hello. I was on vacation for 1 month without using the naim app.
When I return I find that several radio stations do not connect, it says "player error
“could not find surce”.
I rescued a few by going back to search and select them. But others like:
-The jazz groove west

  • Radio paradise and eclectic
  • Classic fm
    they seem to have disappeared
Has it happened to anyone or do you know what happened to them?
    Thank you

Hi – I suspect you’ve been listening to the radio via V-tuner service? If so, this has now ceased and been replaced by Naim’s own i-radio service. If you look here (and down the thread) you should see some instructions on what to do - and perhaps also read some of the threads in the Streaming room on this Forum.

I changed from vtuner to the naim service and all the stations worked fine, including the three that I mention. but now they don’t work and don’t appear with the search engine

If you are missing stations, I’d suggest posting your query within this thread, which is where ‘missing stations’ are being looked in to:
