radio station not playing

I have the ND5sx2. controlled with the app on an iphone. the Washington classical station, WETA 90.9, has suddenly stopped playing. it appears to be streaming, but there is no sound. All other stations are fine. I can. play the station on my iPhone, laptop, desktop, so it seems to be a specific issue. any suggestions?

log out, log back in? cycle the power on the ND5XS2?

I was getting some odd behaviour on RadioParadise earlier today and rebooted my UQ2 and all fine now.

Hi @theodorw

WETA have been slowly switching their stations over the last month to different aervers. The primary channel switched and we’ve updated the radio directory to match. Sadly the quality has reduced as they used to have a 256kbit AAC stream and its now reduced to 96kbit AAC.

thanks for your note. I see the 95bit station but there is no sound. should I delete and reinstall the app?

Hi @theodorw

I’d suggest delete the preset, rebrowse to the station in the radio directory, play it (it should play) and then resave the preset. No need to delete app etc as the app is just the user interface.
