Hi, I’m having an issue with my remote control for the NUA. It lights up, so not a battery issue and will adjust the volume one click then not work at all. The app still works and I have tried to re sync the remote…… anyone have a similar issue
How fresh are the batteries? They may be able to light up the remote but if they are running low then it may display odd behaviour. Fit new batteries and see if the problem clears.
