Long in the tooth is right! 81 years of hard living the Outlaw Country life. As they say, this is No Country for Old Men.
The outer orbits of the Willie Nelson Constellation don’t get much commentary around here today, but I have a couple of his of his albums on vinyl. Had they done a “Mt. Rushmore” of the original Outlaw Country talent, Billy Joe Shaver might have been on the corner. Check him out.

One of the greatest songwriters to ever lay pen to paper. The real deal. Started the whole “Outlaw Country” thing with his songs on Waylon Jennings’ “Honky Tonk Heroes”
