This is probably his best known song and Sammy Davis Jr did a fantastic version but here Jerry Jeff is with David Bromberg.

One of the original Texas Outlaws in Austin with Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson. I have him on vinyl but have not listened to them in years. Will dig back in when my vinyl rig is back up.

My three favourites from this era were JJW, Guy Clark and Joe Ely. Now only Joe Ely is around.
