I’ve been having issues with Roon ARC not connecting to my server.
I think, I hope I cracked it over the weekend.
I wanted to change my email address, which was fine. But I assumed that the new address was linked to my Roon account. But no, I had to use my old address. Once I had logged out then in again with the old email address everything seems to be working … to be tested on my next trip in the truck.

I suggest contacting roon ARC to the same network as the roon server. This should eliminate firewall and port issues first
