The one I tried but will not mention here just did not work. It completely messed up the timing and sucked every last bit of enjoyment from the music being listened to. Literally. I had several friends listen and it was an instant turn off. Also a group session where I took it to a friend where we were joined with several other Naim geeks 
sorry chaps. So it went back and I never looked at another conditioner.
In the village where we have our house they took down all the overhead mains cable and stuck in a substation for just a few houses. I have the impression this was an upgrade to the mains, both visually and performance wise
