Service cost 500 dr

I believe AV Options service does rather a lot more than the std Naim service at FMNA. With that said, I will likely use the latter when the time comes for service on my kit, if I still have it.

Fair enough — but I wonder about the value/added benefit of their “extras” if these aren’t done by Naim themselves.

And here, the perceived wisdom appears to be that Naim serviced gear returning to the costumer is like new…

AV Options is Chris West, who came from Naim and is an authorized Naim service center. He’s probably forgotten more about Naim service than many at Naim could hope to remember. If you send something to AV Options it comes back at least as good as if it went straight to Naim. He certainly has that reputation in any case.

Disregarding cost for a moment, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to hand him my stuff to service.

Seconded. AV Options is the ONLY authorized service center for Naim in the entire US. Some larger dealers will do servicing and repairs but they aren’t authorized.
