What is the turn around time to have a nap 500 serviced and it’s power supply at the moment?
Servicing has to be arranged by your dealer, so undoubtedly a question for them to answer.
…or just email Naim service dept. They are usually very quick replying.

I had my NDX serviced in June, I was impressed with turnaround time and posted the details on the forum (see below)
It was similar in 2022 when they serviced a Supernait
This may not be the same with a 500 & PSU, but they didn’t appear to have a backlog in June.

Alternatively you could check with Darran at Class A (Naim approved service) who had my 555PS a few weeks ago delivered on a Thursday, and it was done on the following Monday
Unless it’s changed recently Darran doesn’t service NAP500s, the 555PS is the only 500 series he does.

Not at all £499. It was a DR model. I collected it, so no postage required.
That’s good to know that he can service 555PS.
That is very reasonable, I live in the South East so would be stuck with couriers. The turnaround time is the most impressive thing for me, used to having to wait ages for returns of equipment in the past, not just Naim, PMC etc,
