Ha! Well said. Sometimes though a clear explanation is not recognised for what it is.

I think you’re in the wrong room. This is the argument room.

No, the title of the thread is “Show us your disc player”
I’ve not seen a “This is the argument room” thread yet :grinning:

What it is a typical thread hi-jack between members that think each knows more than the other and are doing the best they can to prove it. Which is of course silly…but this is the internet, so stupid and silly can always be fully expected.

It really depends on how long and argument you want :grinning:

Well 5 minutes, or the full half hour?

I think this one has been going much longer than the full half hour

Excuse me ?
Just tuned in, did I miss something?

Happy listening ( with a CD player )

Not mine, not anybody’s but the new top of the range Marantz - I am doing a French Rooster here

It will cost a lot of money to buy one of these

Hi @CaptFatHead and welcome to the Forum.

You could put some feet on the bottom of the legs creating enough space to put the bottom two components under the bottom shelf.

That would free up the bottom shelf allowing you to put the amp on the bottom shelf and the CD Player on the middle shelf.

One suggestion to consider.

Swapped out my Rotel CD11 Tribute for this Sony Blu Ray player as I wanted one box to play my CDs DVDs and Blu Ray discs. Very impressed with the CD replay. Very detailed and weighty sound. Bought secondhand for the princely sum of ÂŁ23. Build quality is incredible.
