Our Jerry has had one before, weird isn’t it. He didn’t get a bandage though. Toms are hard…
Bollino in the early afternoon screams out loud for access my father room for a rest.
Over the last few weeks his renal disease got worse and early this month for a couple of days did not eat at all. Fortunately with a few days of days It seems that’s recovering a bit
So sad to see them unwell![]()
We all just hope for the best.
Hoping the best for Bollino…..the other end of the scale Lil Walter is exhausting us and the other cats. A much needed rest for all of us…..
Sorry to hear this, after experiencing two previous cats gradually demise with renal failure (to eventually end at the vets with euthanasia) i don’t envy the situation. All one can do is go by veterinary advice with treatment, although i found tablets useless due to the cat’s loss of appetite, or vomiting them back up. Good plan to get the medication started well before the loss of appetite happens…
Time to give Bollino frequent gentle hugs and company
I have been in the same situation with my previous black european, which was barely 7 YO when he died. Bollino is now nearly 16 and a half. The worst has been early this month when for a couple of days with frequent vomit without touching food. my vet told me that even the liver is compromised looking at the blood tests. Now has a bit more of appetite but weight is now 3.6 kg from a previous 4.3
I would post a photo of the petite panthers this morning. But they dashed in for breakfast when called, lioned it down (they don’t do wolfing it down for some reason), dashed back out. Likely because they have a full to-do list that is mostly focused on snoozing in the sun.
Priit is his name and brother of Papaya The Princess
Just a few munutes ago, Bollino have gone in attack mode which is ridicolous, being him not what we may call a good health and phisycal shape, just because Mr Pritt came close to out patio, he chased him all to way to his home and after a while returned here satisfied
Lovely
Disa has completely recovered from the ingrowing claw issue, the bandage removed on Friday after 48 hours was a relief in itself. It was a bit comical to see Disa clumsily hobbling around the house with bandage clubfoot but the novelty had worn off she said with a growl.
Thom has been walking off the lead this weekend, still no interest in sticks or balls but recall mostly good. Perhaps I should get a whistle?
He’s looking well ![]()
Bless
Woof, woof
