Show us your turntable

But if it looks good, it is good……………………apparently!

I did say it had to sound good … Mine does .

In most cases, it sits on a rack on top of (usually) black boxes - it’s the item that catches the eye.

Magnetic bearing-similar to the Solstice in that regard.
Any idea of price?

Yukiseimitsu are not an audio company. This is a special product to show off their engineering. They are a small company of less than 40 people AFAIK who specialise in engineering for aerospace and medical sector. They don’t generally make hifi. As such their website has zero info on this turntable beyond the fact they are showing it off at Munich.

I did find a press release though.

No offset and 15mm underhang on the arm.

There is a lot more info on the Japanese language website, but I didn’t see the price.

I must be blind, I’ve only been looking at the Japanese company site and other than the “See us at Munich” news item, see absolutely nothing about the company products at all except a page to buy novelty items like spinning tops and pill cases.

Nevermind… I found it

I found a review of it on Phileweb. It costs JPY 2,000,000 which puts it in Solstice/mid range LP12 territory

Turntables can have multi functions. It’s cool indeed.
The P10 can be useful too for an anniversary cake.

That is one awesome looking deck.

No, that is a one pager for the only product they have every made in the audio realm. They are a machining company that specialise in bearings, spindles and precision metal parts for industry.

This being a first offering, they are advertising the AP-1 as coming soon.

Personally I utterly hate the look of that deck.

Reminds me of the open chassis EMT turntables for building into studio cabinetry for pro use

I like the nice clean lines, but a tad big for my humble installation.

The difficulty is that the site is in Japanese. I only found the price with the help of google. Can’t say if it’s APO 1 or 2. But you seem to know better, and have the avantage of speaking Japanese.
Personally I like the look.

New turntable on Pre order: Acoustical system Astellar.
You can accommodate 4 arms. But who will have 4 arms?
