Having posted in the past about how good this product is, I feel obliged to post the following.
DO NOT ORDER DIRECT FROM SOMERSETS.
They appear to have been hacked or there is a duplicate website. Some people have said they have taken money and no product sent.
WORSE: Cards used recently have been used fraudulently, including my wife’s. Luckily Lloyds were up to it.

We have just ordered via Amazon. 
As a loyal customer it may be a good idea to call them and ask what’s going on. It seems likely but they may not even be aware.
The phone line was not working. Tried that. It is all very odd.
My wife got on the case this morning as our order had not turned up. Then linked it to fraudulent use of a bank card which had to be cancelled 10 days ago. It’s not clear what has happened. Trust Pilot reviews all showing similar problem.
