I see Amazon sells it, so I guess you can try and return.
If you go in the search part, there are some posts on Soundsmith, but only cartridge or strain gauge.

No choice, just curious rooster, my dealer got one in as a trade in and I thought it looked pretty cool so was wondering if anyone had tried it and had anything to say about it, sort of.
