My experience:
I have my Dynaudio 122 on a 3cm granit slab.
Floor is laminated on concrete.
I had for years SoundCare SuperSpikes which worked nice.
Few months ago I was temped by the Gaia III and bought them for test.
It was a step up, more control, everything was more defined.
Then I read here good results with the Auva… so I also bought the 50’s.
I tested them back and forth against the Gaia, and the Auva was always ahead.
More soundstage, treeble were a bit less agressive to my ears (I’m sensitive to that), bass a bit more taut, so bye-bye the Gaia…
If treble with the Auvas is less aggressive than the Gaias, it would be me saying bye-bye to the Auva since the treble in my system (with the Gaia) is already smooth and not aggressive enough. ![]()
The Auva worked so much better than the Gaia’s in my system the Gaiais were moved on at pace!
I guess every room is different but the Auva’s really worked for me. Each to their own of course but with a money back guarantee trial they are worth exploring….

Seems to be evenly split between Auva and Gaia, so presumably depends on the room, the floor, the floor covering, the speakers and the listener’s ears……
Must have missed something from that list too

Maybe somewhat even for those that think Auva & Gaia are better then spikes/stock feet but for those that have compared Auva vs Gaia, seems to be well in favour of Auva from what I’m seeing.
And…….. speaker positioning ![]()

I just realise there is a new version of the Isoacoustics Gaia which is the Gaia Neo. Has anybody tried this vs. the old Gaia?
What I also like about the Auva is that the choice between 50, 70 and 100 doesn’t depends on the weight of the speakers…
Is it possible to buy Herbie;s stuff here in Europe, or do you have to buy from them direct ? For something like their Little Dots, the cost of delivery from the States plus local post office charges for overseas post would make it much more expensive.
In 2023 they told me.
I’m sorry but we do not currently have any dealers or distributors in Europe.

How is the testing of the AUVA 50s going?
Haven’t evaluated more.
The 50’s improved my atc 11’s on lateral audio stands - well worth while.

After a little accident with one of my speakers:
I thought I had to make the base of them more sturdy and stable. The PMC 23’s are a little wobbly when speaker is placed level and thus the spikes are not threaded/screwed down.
So bought 2 sets of these feet:
And made my own base to the speakers.
Chinese clone?
Maybe, I’m not sure if the ceramic ball is included with the footers though..
