It is… though after fiddling around Spotify has now finally found the Naim! Both on the phone and on the laptop. Bizarrely though they’re both on different networks. I’m really pleased but very perplexed. I’m scared of fiddling even more so I’ll leave it for now. it’s playing music so I’m really happy. I was worried it wasn’t going to work at all. Thanks again for your advice!

It may be working now because both devices have now connected to the same network for now.
