I’m a few weeks into my Uniti Nova and thoroughly enjoying the sound quality and convenience.
One issue occurred this weekend and I would like to better understand the reason why it happened.
When I switched on the Nova this morning it was frozen on Spotify and I was unable to activate either internet radio or Qobuz. I am not a Spotify user but my son-in- law is and he was using the Nova / Spotify Connect combo while we were on holiday. He has just started a job in Sweden and had to re - register his Spotify account there.
Unplugging the Nova and router for a couple of minutes and powering back on fixed the problem but is there any advice I can give him ( other than banning him from using it ! ) to avoid a repeat ?
