Spotify connect problem

I am experiencing Spotify not playing when connected to older systems via built in connect.

I have a NAC 172 which connects and the screen displays the track selected, but is on permanent pause.

My 1st Gen Mu-So suffers the same problem, but on the app you see about 5 tracks skipped and then no play. This unit however with airplay will play in this configuration.

I contacted Naim who are getting a few reports, but not enough yet to deduce where the problem is. I have also contacted Spotify, who have passed it to the tech department. He did say changes have been made, but at present are unaware of any issues.

If anyone with older units could please confirm my findings, and report to Naim so as to build a bigger picture,I would be grateful.

Today, my problem has mysteriously been solved. Everything now as should be.
