In the Naim app, under Settings / Streaming Services / Spotify there is a ‘Gain Normalization’ option. I have tried On and Off, but I can’t seem to notice the difference. When using playlists (Spotify Connect Lossless), I regularly have to adjust the volume.
Anyone noticed any difference? I wonder if this option actually work…

In theory it should work, but I’m out on a business trip so can’t check it at the moment.
What it should do is use the Spotify loudness rating of each track and change the gain so all tracks hit the same target perceived volume level.
Will try it out later this week and let you know.
