Spotify Lossless on Atom

My Atom won’t play Spotify lossless but my Muso2 will. Both are on the latest firmware.

Any advice to fix?

Spotify lossless is finally happening in October

Ah, answer to my own question: Logout Spotify in the Naim app. Restart Spotify app and connect to the Naim device. Go to Setting / Media quality in the Spotify app and select ‘Lossless’ The logout in the Naim app did the trick.

Spotify Lossless not available? What to do

Although Naim have support for Spotify Lossless already inside Gen 2 streamer units with up to date firmware, some customers have been finding that Spotify doesn’t offer it as available for their device, even though it should be. If this is the case, the fix is to go into the Naim app, go to the device settings, Services and Accounts, and log out of Spotify. Then go back to Spotify, reconnect, and it should now be working.
