I’ve decided to have a go Spotify premium again after quite a few years, but I find I cannot stream to any of my NAIM unit including Muso and Qb, all gen 1’s. The firmware on the ND5 is showing 4.9.4, which is the latest. Using Spotify connect shows on the screen connected and even the title track and album, but as soon as I play it starts for 1s and stops!!! I’ve rebooted everything time and time again and reloaded all the apps, reset my ND5 XS back to factory settings….naaada. Any help will be gratefully received NAIM people. Thank you Steve
Support for Spotify Connect arrived with the release of the Mk1 Muso. It was then added to all Mk1 streamers by firmware update (except for a few very early models which had didn’t have the 24/192 streaming board which then needed a hardware upgrade.) So there are no Naim streamers unable to run it.
