I had the Grace 707 on firstly my Rega, then my Afro LP12 - wished I’d kept it!
Just read this. Good to see a pic of the old style lid that I still have on my LP12.
Lots of us wish we had kept our LP12, getting rid of mine (promptly broken up for spares) was one of my biggest audio mistakes, matched by giving away my Ruark Sabres (

I have a lovely Clearaudio but the idea of an LP12 with a bespoke colour won’t go away .
As you can see from the background I like yellow
I think as I get older and life seems more ‘’ beige’’ I have started to like vibrant colours
