Yes, very sad indeed, we saw him play twice just a few years ago with his two fave musicians, he was a gentleman and a great singer and wrote some great songs, always introducing ‘Come up and see me, make me smile’ as his ‘pension’ income, sadly not to be R.I.P.

Lovely story Paul. Played a few records last night, never realised what a great band he had. Was playing a live album and he introduced Jim Creagan ( guitarist for Rod Stewart) and Snowy White (Thin Lizzy/P Floyd).
