Just saw this article on the web. Interesting to see which music streaming apps are highest from Apple perspective. Totally accept that this is not the whole truth but did notice that Tidal appears and Qobuz doesn’t.
That comes down to market share. Qobuz is tiny compared with Tidal.
2019: Qobuz recently revealed some financial details about the company. According to the disclosures, the service has at least 200,000 subscribers across 12 global territories and continues to grow.
2020: Tidal has not recently reported subscriber numbers but estimates are somewhere between 1 and 5 million subscribers.
And just to compare:
365 million people use Spotify once a month, 165 million are subscribers
