Streaming to a Unitilite from Qobuz and Tidal

Hi all, I wondered if anyone could shed some light on this issue for me. I have a Naim Unitilite which I bought in 2016, firmware is V4.9.4.
I am trying to stream Qobuz and Tidal through it. (I have a one month free sub to both while I work out if I can.) Neither of the music apps can see the Naim as a device to stream to, even thought they are on the same network. The Naim also has a dedicated Tidal input but this is not playing ball either. The workaround I have found is to use an ap called mconnectLite which is able to stream both, but you lose some of the functionality of the apps, such as artist radio stations. Added to that, the mconnect interface isn’t great. And when I played a song on both services yesterday, when it finished the song, the only thing it was capable of doing afterwards was playing different versions of the same song or other songs with a similar name which is not much use/fun.

I dont think Qobuz is possible on the Unitilite. Tidal should be, but not via Tidal Connect. I think you need to use Tidal via the Naim app. Its an old streaming platform. Im sure other more knowledgeable members will add something soon.

As Neil says, Qobuz is not supported by the Unitilite. Tidal is, but only when controlled from within the Naim app.

Make sure that the Tidal input is turned on in the app, and that you have signed in using the same password as you use in the Tidal app and website.

Thanks Chris for confirming.

I had a Unitilite of the same vintage and streamed Tidal using the Naim App without issue. Follow the instructions from @ChrisSU and you should be fine.
