I wish to subscribe to Qobuz on my DSM but the retailers Qubuz account is already on my DSM. It was used as a streaming dem for a few months. I now wish to have my own account. Will I have a problem with my download if I sign up? I have no wish to spend £125 and face a problem.
Cannot you logout of the Q account on your streamer, then login with your new credentials?
Or just do a factory reset then login afresh.
A factory reset would delete all installed input info.
Just re enter it.
Have you tried suggestion above?
Just go to the Qobuz account, logout of current and login in with new. It is truly as simple as that🤷🏻♂️
Log out of Qobuz in the Linn app, then log in again with your new credentials. That should work. If any problems arise, Linn suggest in their FAQs: logging out, closing the app completely, power cycling the DSM, opening the app again and then logging in. You might want to do this anyway.
BTW there’s nothing to download to the streamer although you’ll probably want to download the Qobuz app to your phone/tablet etc. And Qobuz offer a 30 day free trial, so you can try it out without risking your £125.

Thank you for your help and advice. Just one more question which plan to you pick, the cheaper one or the Sublime plan? The way I read it, the cheaper one for a year gives you one month free and the Sublime Solo gives you 60% of any purchases you make but NO free one month. Thank you all once again!
How much would you use the discounted downloads given that you have access to the entire Qobuz streaming library? If you want to purchase downloads this may be worth a go. Personally I would do without it and get the free trial. If you don’t like it, cancel. If you do like it, either keep going, or cancel and sign up again for the Sublime plan with discounts.
I have the Solo Studio plan as I rarely download from Qobuz. I am thinking of changing to a Duo subscription at renewal time so my wife can listen to different music from me.
