Stephen, I have a doubt know. I don’t see how the burndy can be fitted with torsion. It can only be inserted into the holes, so there is only one possibility.
Or maybe you are talking about the cable itself, which must be destressed, naturally hanging without torsions?
As I don’t see other way to connect the burndy to the connectors, at both ends, I just see that the cable must have no torsions and have to touch anything in its way .
To the untrained hand one could grasp the cable like a unruly snake and forcibly make it do as it’s told. Much easier to tease the snake into submission. A little care, time and patience is all that’s needed.
