Evening everyone. Need some help please. Pressed the naim logo on the front of my su to turn on. Went into the app to find the max volume had changed from 55 to 35, not by me! And the remote is useless, does nothing. Changed batteries twice, tried the turn off and on, press aux-i-disp when superuniti appear hahaha super what! Nothing, useless as ever. Anyone have experience of this farce? Why oh why
Have you tried a hard switch off? Leave for a few minutes, then switch on again. Probably the logic got its knickers in twist and just needs a re-boot.
