Yeah I know but thought best to elaborate ![]()
Still with the milking stools until The Move. The rest of the milking apparatus I save for extending listening sessions. hashtagfreerange

Nice stands ![]()
Thank you. The milkmaid is now sitting upon customised Atacamas.
A touch of Humphrey Lyttelton there Donkeyhaute!

What is that grey stuff around your wiring?
It’s beautiful but, with my tongue firmly in my cheek, I could point out that the view is near identical to that out of the restaurant at a certain north west England service station. Just add sheep.
Tebay, perhaps?
Aye, that’s the one ![]()
Beautiful space!
Who manufactured that low Board? Clic?
Interlübke Cube
Thanks. At least the rats’ nest behind the lowboard is invisible ![]()
It’s a section of grey foam pipe lagging
Hi feeling_zen If I’m absolutely honest I haven’t compared them side by side, very awkward once you have everything on the Naim rack. I will maybe try one day.
I have also got another three point rack you can just see in the left hand side of the second image just to the left of the turntable. I will maybe try it on there too when I have some time to play.
My little setup is rather puny compared to some of incredible stuff you guys post - but I must say that I’ve fallen deeply in love with my little Uniti Atom ![]()
The setup is:
Uniti Atom (HDMI version for some reason)
Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Esprit D w. Ortofon Red
Cambridge Audio Solo RIAA
Triangle Quartet speakers
Most of my music comes through Roon, with a lille homeserver storing my ripped CDs. The stuff I don’t have, comes in via Tidal HiFi.
I’m currently awaiting delivery of a pari of Buchardt S400 - been waiting for a few months now, they have a hard time keeping up with demand. Can’t find a lot of experience with this speaker and the little Atom, but I hope it can pull them…
Would like a better turntable, but for now the Pro-Ject does a fine job.
The room layout is a nightmare, but the large rug and plants has helped a fair bit. I rent this place, so I’m rather limited in terms of improving the accoustics.
Lovely room and system Akvavit. Look forward to reading about your experience with the Atom & Buchardt S400 speakers. I’m intrigued by this manufacturer and their approach. You have a rather nice midcentury sideboard too!
