I love the room; maybe love the S3 Mk2’s more ha ha. They are beauties. I’m ok ‘slumming it’ with my A3’s!
Thanks
Indeed! And as you can see I followed your advice : I did not go for the S1 MkII. Symphonic music became such an enjoyment !
Well, these are too heavy to swap with yours! But I could make the effort for a pair of M2s
Wow… it should work very well with your new remote!
Claude
Funny I’m just now reading the TAS review of the S1Mk2’s; I am POSITIVE you made the right choice. I’d love to hear S3Mk2 in my home but they are super heavy; not easy to demo even though there is a pair in a store 4 miles away.
Very nice Thomas.
Love that chair …want one now
No problem Pete. It costs only 3,5 k and 1,5 k for the additional footing chair. It’s the Gamut audiophile chair.
Check your Fedex! Number: 976xx435F
I’ll take 2 thanks.
A totally gratuitous photo, purely because this lockdown is starting to drive me nuts.
Stay well everyone, BF
Yes, sorry Stevie, can’t afford two of those speakers.
The second NAP135 is purely a back-up too.
Best regards, BF
Edit/ I’m not much good at identifying boxes @Bluesfan, what’s the olive that’s not switched on?
(Lovely reply if the emojis didn’t work!)
Did you get a SQ uptic with this chair?
The top one is the Supercap for the NAC52
The middle one is the NAP135 that drives the speaker you can see
The bottom one is the spare NAP135 (with broken Naim logo bulb) that is either resting or driving the other ART speaker
The bottom shelf now supports a Musicworks mains block, which is physically decoupled from the shelf via isolation feet.
Nice grain in the veneer of the speakers👍
Thanks Gazza. It’s natural oak.
Yep - it’s always good to see BF’s mix of Art and Olive
