I’m guessing 4920…assuming regular plastic jewel cases. With the newer cardboard-type (which I think are better in almost every way) quite a few more.
Outstanding CD storage solution Cemil…high capacity, well-engineered, and looks great.

That’s a great solution hope you don’t mind but I’ve just sent the photo to a cabinet maker friend of mine to see if he can make one for me.
Careful Pete - now you’ll have to go out and buy 5,000 CDs!
I’ve probably got about 2,000 already and it is still increasing.
Been away for a while from forum. Just getting back to reading and enjoying the forum correspondence. Hope everyone is well. Great pics and beautiful systems out in the world.
Welcome back, and yours looks good as well.
Nice !
Hi Bailyhill,
A photo of a Stressless armchair with its 2 seat and 3 seat siblings.
The armchair is a couple of years older than the sofas and is a slightly different style.
Other colours and styles available…
The left hand speaker can just be seen photobombing the bottom of the picture.
Best regards, BF
It’s roughly 80 CDs (jewel boxes) per shelf and I have 60 shelves. So you’re looking at roughly 4800 jewel box CDs.
That looks an interesting plinth on your LP12. A Woodsong (Chris Harban), perhaps?
Not at all - actually this why I posted it. Many of us struggle with storage space so I thought it might be useful.
Now if I could just find an equally elegant solution for my LPs …
Not a bad guess then!

Christmas will be here quicker than I think …
Yes sir, it is a Harban plinth, bubinga African hardwood. He does great work.

Congrats Charlie - bet that sounds great. Hope we will get a picture or two showing whole room perspective?
Indeed!
An upgrade, probably the last one, is already planned
I know. I have a wenge plinth from Mr Harban.
