I went from Skeets to IsoAcoustics Gaia III on a wood Parquet suspended floor. Happy with what they do and how they perform, wouldn’t swap them back anyway!

IsoAcoustics Gaia III’s here as well great improvement over spikes on a concrete floor under carpet. I had to use spiked cups to give them a stable surface to stand on.

You mean what kind of storage? It is from IKEA. The system is called KALLAX. It’s pretty cheap and fits LP albums like a glove.

Works for me, excellent lp choice

Just bought this for the missus. Lovely top end. As a bonus, it comes in handy when she has to nip to the shops…

Looks like you have definitely spent some time putting them in, with the front two angling the speaker back a touch. Bet those OBI 1 kenobi’s have never sounded so good.

I think it only plays cassettes.

Surprising what they did, I wasn’t expecting much and it was a bit of an experiment to be fair and arguably a bit of an indulgence but no regrets. I found it added a sense of dimensioning to the sound stage and certainly pulled the bottom end under control as it had a tendency to be a bit boomy/woolly in that room. Every so often I toy with the idea of changing speakers then find myself enjoying the PMC’s more and more as is the case today. They’ve grown with me across a number of systems, they started off with a NAIT XS pushing them, fair to say they are a lot more happy these days with the SN3 and NDX2 behind them.
I’ve got a pair of ex-demo Kanta 1’s I quite like the idea of but I’m also in the midst of moving house (early stages) so don’t want to underfill any new space the system ends up in.

Very Nice

Hi Naim-newbie,

I have had my Nova since May last year, after 33 years happy years with a Hi-Cap/32.5/140 system.

The sound was a bit better than my old system at first & improved very noticeably after about 6 weeks use.

After a further year of use I would say the sound quality has continued to improve, although not by the margin it did after 6 weeks, to the point where I would describe it as being superb in all respects.

I think you are in for a real treat in the coming weeks & months ahead. I am sure you will enjoy your new system.

Nice one. As has been mentioned, you’re in for a sonic treat, especially after 8 weeks or so.
I’m liking the Kudos speakers as well. Bet it sounds immense.

It seems there are a few Kudos X2/X3 owners/fans here. And I’m another (formerly X2s, now X3s). Here’s my system:

Hi

Yes I’m really impressed already, does it really sound even better after several weeks? Wow!

How would you describe the change from X2’s to X3’s?

Nice Hutter by the way. Here’s mine
