I’m thinking of moving the server and dropping a level. You may not believe it but I was painting like that in art school back in the 80s.
I like them what I can see Pete
Yes drop it a level if you can - I reckon 5 levels in the max at least for me anyway
My main system is 5 levels, I would prefer 4 but that’s the way it is
I agree I’ve just dropped one level, put the sever in my office, looks better and I’ve saved on one Fraim level.
Harry will take that back as credit
Yes looks much better , let me know how you go with it
There’s always other ways down the track which will be discussed in due course, but I reckon you’ll like it
Oh I see you have full fraims, didn’t see that before , I have them for LP12’s and CD player and just the lites on other shelves
You must be rich !
They’re not full Fraims they’re Lite with added glass.
Damn it, I’ve a sixth level on order, but I think 5 is best.
Yep it just looked wrong. Maybe 2 stacks are the way to go.
Awesome Pete, congrats!
Nice loudspeakers with build in wine bottle holders.
I’m surprised no one has commented on the paintings. Some of them I wouldn’t mind seeing close up. The seem rather good.
I’m not allowed to mention or focus on them, Richard believes it’s a commercial issue.
But I might get a closer shot of my gear.
Nice system Pete…enjoy
Yeah, I’m going to be a bit stuck. I don’t have room for two racks, or to use a spare Fraim on the credenza for my turntable. So, I’ll either have a 6 high Fraim, or if it doesn’t arrive, I’ll stick with 5.
It might just be where I had mine set up, it’s close to the speakers and almost as tall. Just looked odd.
Nice upgrade for the studio Pete! Not using your canvas wedges though? I find them invaluable, but always prefer a tight drum like surface.
Thanks. Re the wedges I generally put them in when I sell them, it might be climate but the canvases generally stay tight anyway.
Saves me having to go up and down the stairs.
Happy new toys @Pete_the_painter. I don’t fancy your chances of getting much sleep this week.
Or the neighbours
Cheers.
