Your IP address will be different, but you should find it in your Naim app settings - sorry not near mine now to confirm exact settings
Settings/About then IP Address is right at the top - good luck
If you use search for Naim inside the Mac App Store, the results display a bit like this - then just choose the ipad tab and select the Naim app you find there.
M1 Macs are incredible.
Hello Camlan, your systems look fantastic and I am sure sound superb. I was just wondering what isolation you are using under your turntable as I am looking for one for my Clearaudio TT.
Many thanks and happy listening.
Gary
Looking at the photo, the turntable appears to be sitting on a standard Fraim shelf. Your profile doesn’t say what rack you are using but if you have Fraim, give it a go. If you have a different rack, it is possible to buy Naim cups, balls and glass shelf (or, have a glazer make one for you). I had an LP12 and now a Rega P10 and both benefited from sitting on a full-fat Fraim shelf as opposed to wood, granite etc.
Cheers,
Ian
I’ve never been able to get it to work with my Unitilite, but now I have a MacBook Air M1 and all is wonderful…
Thanks GadgetMan, porkyg and Mjrwhitehead, I’m out of this for the time being as my mac is intel powered. Perhaps next time I change I’ll get an M1 model.
Bet that won’t be going back
Fisher Price’s My First DAC?
But in all seriousness, hope you enjoy the sound!
I just received my Ese records, thanks! Great packaging, sleeve, etc. but what do you know, everything’s distorted all of a sudden
Guess a weekend of debugging the setup. Cartridge, preamp or Naim? Very frustrating.
If portability is not a requirement I think it will be swapped for a Qutest.
I hope it’s not the record Bartosz, haven’t had any complaints so far…
@SteveC – @anon27418182 is right, I will get a Qutest. I love the sound of the Hugo 2, but ergonomically it’s a bit of a nightmare, it doesn’t sit in the rack properly, the battery thing is a pain, it looks a bit Fisher Price as @n-lot says, and I have no need of the portability or the headphone socket, and the Qutest ticks all the boxes and is £800 cheaper…
And sounds just as wonderful!
Then an MScaler to complete
System moved to the main living room while the back room gets a makeover. Must admit it sound better in this room.

Hi, sorry for the delay in coming back. Not exactly sure what you are asking. The turntable is on standard Fraim. If you mean the Nova that is on a Solid Sounds isolation shelf.
