System Pics 2021

Of course!
As I said before I have that identical table, I did find though that it sounds better without the lower shelf if you can. I had my power supply on the floor under the SO.
However as my system developed more components, and a back injury made it difficult to operate my LP12 at around knee height it was no longer practical.
:+1:

My first steps into the Naim audio world. A lot more modest system than most posted in this thread, just an atom with B&W 703s2 speakers, but extremely happy with the sound and the clean setup

Why worry about it if you like it, be grateful youā€™re not a frustrated sad act like everyone else here  myself included,

Is that a Robert Chapman apple on the sideboard by any chance?

Naughty but in these times we all need to fall off our seat laughing once in a while. Nice one.

Main headphone rig on the left by my comfy chair.
AV rig on the right with a Uniti Mk1 on front speaker duties.
Room ā€œtreatmentsā€ courtesy of the kids. This is an improvement, you should have seen it when they were young!

The apple is made by Pottery Pots.

Thanks, it looked like wood and Robert is an old friend Iā€™ve lost contact with, just a shot in the dark really

Modest? to some maybe, but it looks better than most mega systems here, that is so tidy. Long may it suit your music purpose.

Itā€™s definitely Ian Stewart in the picture. Iā€™ve ransacked old files for original receipts but canā€™t find any info. I have a feeling it may be a Steve Emberton photo so Iā€™ve emailed him via his website to see if it one of his & if so can he provide more info.

Weā€™ll bring you more news when we have any.

There you go Stones 1976 at Earls Court - Mickā€™s moved out of the way to reveal none other than Ronnie Wood. Look at the stacks and speakers - all match. I claim my prize.

With the ndx2 and 555ps the Naim hi def radio stations sound so amazing that my 01 was not getting any use.
So for me, it made no sense to keep the 01.
Itā€™s a great fm tuner regardless
Hopefully the new owner will enjoy it as much as I did.

The room is 30 ft by 20 ft with cathedral ceilings that peak at about 18 ft. So a large room. Needs large loudspeakers- the Titan T88s do the job quite nicely, especially since I added the 555psdr to the ndx2.
Using 52/135s works well.
Iā€™m sure 552/500 would be awesome- not in the budget currently
There are advantages to a large room but also disadvantages.
When I first moved to this home I had Linn Saraā€™s- did not work.
Since then have tried Linn 5140s which werenā€™t bad.
Then used Piega C 8 Ltd, then Focal 1038 beā€™s.
Finally the Kudos Titans which are clearly best.

Well done sir! Excellent detective work. Your knowledge of Charlie Wattsā€™ hairstyles was the deciding factor. :sunglasses:

Iā€™m sorry but losing Mick Taylor was a great loss.
I like Ron Wood, especially with the faces.
Mick Taylor was featured in the Stones best work
His guitar on midnight rambler live is best

Noted Mick or Ronnie in this case served to date Davidā€™s concert photo. Oh and Charlieā€™s haircut. A mystery solved so we can all sleep safe tonight.
