Chris,
Well spotted, it is indeed Kentucky Pathway, a glorious piece by Bob. What a diverse forum this is, and I mean that sincerely. Can you spot the one on the right hand wall ?
Cheers, Paul

Enjoy but beware, if youâve ordered the limited edition clear one be prepared for motion sickness. Bizarre, when cueing up the inner label is going one way and the actual grooves seem to be going backwards, very disconcerting.
Other than that, album is a very enjoyable float and piece of escapism.
Iâve just ordered a second copy on black vinyl, which I seem to be doing more of now I have two turntablesâŚ, one in the house and the other in the cabin. Was bad enough ordering on Cd and vinyl
Should add that I never suffered with motion sickness before, but definitely a post cv19 side effect.
Thatâs very kind of you. Everything has now clicked into place in a way that it didnât quite do with more dominant stands. They have something of an 80s vibe to them that I really like. As Mrs HH says, they are simply speaker stands. They donât try to be super stylish or a design statement, they just support the speakers above the floor and let them do their thing. The fact that they are made by a bloke in his house makes them even nicer.
Apologies if I missed this but can I ask what prompted the ditching of the Music Works block for the Grahamâs Hydra?
Lovely system. Love the ProAc speakers. The K3 are pretty new in the line up. I have gotten the K6 which are great. I guess both have very similar sound signature.
Enjoy!
I just wanted to simplify things, get rid of all the fancy stuff and just have a simple source first system. The Hydra fits under the Fraim and isnât seen, whereas the block and four fat Powerlines were very visible. I just no longer felt I wanted it, nor the Super Lumina. Iâm not saying these things arenât worthwhile, simply that they are no longer for me. I canât say I miss them.
Thanks itâs refreshing to hear that and glad youâre happy with the sound of the ânewâ system.
Paul
âBandera Texasâ from the 2016 âBeaten Pathâ series, I believe?
I have some of his, my favourite being âTrain Tracksâ , I love the images and also the thought that I have the signature of that skinny kid who came out of Minnesota in 1961 and pretty much changed popular songwriting, hanging on my wall. Lovely room, nice to see some colour!
Best
Chris
First chanceâŚ
⌠to play music today after spending 200 minutes outdoors to clear the driveway from 30 cm of snow fall. Sounds much more musical than our snow- blowerâŚ
Chris,
Well done, indeed it is Bandera Texas. I love Train Tracks too, his most iconic piece I think. Enjoy the music and of course the artworkâŚ
Best, Paul
Nice to see snowflakes hovering slowly.
Here in Tel Aviv, 25 degrees Celsius.
Due to the lockdown,it is impossible to go for a good swimming, in the sea
It is. When they actually fall fat and gentle. I have to draw the curtains for pics because here the snow is so thick, this is all I see out the living room window. i.e. Itâs just plastered in snow and frozen shut.
New Speakers this year, next up LP12 that has not been used for about 15+ years is finally getting a service/update. Also looking at changing Fraim uprights to black to have a cosmetic change and to refresh the look!
I know. My 95 years old father keeps complaining that he is not able to take anymore his daily swims at the university campus on Mount. Scopus.
We have over half a meter of snow on the ground in Northern Illinois.
My wife and I spent a couple of weeks in Japan 2 years ago and loved it so much we are desperate to go back. Really fancy visiting Hokkaido next time. Is there enough there for 2 weeks or would you suggest split site?
Lovely room and system. I note the pets are well catered for too
272/555DR out 282/HiCapDR in, I love the look of the 282.
Early days as the 282 is new and warming up.
Yep, 2 Cats and 1 dog, they have beds and cat trees everywhere! Best thing with this lock down is the music and having pets around you!
No doubt, but Iâll be thankful for the snow blower in a few hours. The storm is just starting here in Monreal.
