Thank you for your answer! I’ll keep my NDX but I’ll keep my eyes open if a ndx2. The prices on the secondhandmarket are quit good these days.

Nothing changed with the system, but the unit has undergone a further adjustment.
The drawers reduced to just one, the contents of the lower 2 drawers (DVD/BR box sets) being consigned to storage boxes in the Kabin.
The Classical and Jazz vinyl has been transplanted here, as this LP12 really mostly plays these genres. It’s a pain to keep having to wander down to the Kabin in all weathers to fetch something to play, especially as we like to listen to Opera on Sunday mornings.

Tried so very hard to convince myself the Nova was all I needed. But then a reasonably priced 250DR pops up - and oh my what a worthwhile upgrade.
So where now from here? Thinking Atom HE into the 250 as the logical next step.

I do like the look of Linn Ninkas. I’ve never heard a pair though. Are they a Linn speaker that really comes into their own when in full active configuration or are they happy with something like a NAP 200?
Also, great to see Bagpuss overseeing proceedings.
