Yes I’ve got a long term neurological condition which my consultant has linked to my tinnitus.

A lot has been written about Alpha Waves. Certainly a factor in feeling relaxed. Music will likely sound better as a result.
If you are lucky, your Tinnitus is caused by your jaw bone pressing against the nerves running into your ear. look up TMJ tinnitus. A gnathologist can sometimes cure the problem with a series of bites which alter the shape of the jawbone.
