So you read part 1. Now got a leak in the central heating. Guess where the pipes go under. That’s right Mr Naim so had to carefully dismantle everything for plumber to lift boards and find - nothing!. Carefully, very carefully reconnected everything back up yesterday and now the system is absolutely singing. I had read about reconnecting occasionally but it seems to work!
