Brilliant. Mine is the Rapha x Chris King version. Lovely bit of engineering.
I usually start with Fairy liquid washing up stuff, rubbed in and left for a while to react before a wash. Then wash as normal with washing liquid, usually works, if it doesn’t first time, repeat the process before drying.
This one will extend my next iPhone’s camera shortcomings: iPhone Duo. This camera offers true pocketability plus long zoom.
That’s probably one of the things that’s worked best for me - Fairy liquid and occasionally I pour boiling water on the stain too after putting Fairy on if it’s something older (the clothing not the fat).
We have different washing up products these days which seem fairly ineffective on clothes - maybe need another bottle of Fairy.
One of the annoyance with darker clothing is that the fat stain is not that visible when teh clothing is wet, only when dried and getting into tumble dryer season…
I’m sure it makes an outrageously loud clicking noise in use .
Any good? I was a bit sceptical about that for dishes.
Or any other AI.
Just us good, but more expensive. You pay for the transport and storage of the added water.
It’s pretty good - I don’t believe it helps with really caked & baked on/dried stuff but - I’ve never tried! Works great on martini glasses, coupes, cocktail stuff etc, which is what I tend to use it for. And on a pair of light blue slacks that got stained. Trouble is, I keep thinking ‘hang on a minute…if this stuff really is as wow as the ads make out, why bother with Fairy Liquid at all?’.
Try Five Star PBW.
It’s a coffee tamper
Gosh I don’t even know what that is!
Ah ok, you can probably tell I’m not a huge coffee imbiber!
Every day is school day![]()
I had no idea what it was. At least it’s not a butt plug.
I’m glad you said that. I was just thinking it.
In recent years, especially those of obscenely expensive bikes and obscenely expensive bits of kit that go on them, bike bit manufacturers have diversified! Those ever so cool cyclists with obscenely expensive bikes are also supposed to be very keen on ‘fine’ coffee and so here is a match made………..err, in a cycling cafe where coffee tampers are a thing. Chris King is probably one of the best manufacturers of the bit that holds the handlebars and their stem into the bike frame and with its various flanges is a very similar shape to a tamper. Other manufacturers are available.
I say all of this as a non-hipster who doesn’t drink coffee with several quite expensive (rather than obscenely expensive) bikes but who does have a pizza cutter made by a very well known bike component manufacturer and have had it for many years!
Might double up? Wash throughly in-between.
